Framingham This Week: Construction Traffic Schedule
Here are traffic updates on several construction projects in Framingham this upcoming week.

Here is the Framingham construction traffic alerts for this week of April 10-14, courtesy of Framingham Police:
**BRIDGE CLOSED UNTIL LATE 2017**
WINTER STREET BRIDGE AT FOUNTAIN STREET: The Winter Street Bridge is closed and will be removed to make way for the construction of the new bridge. A detour will be in effect until late 2017. Please allow extra travel time in the area.

UNION AVENUE UTILITY PROJECT: Construction Phase I will be in effect. Northbound traffic on Union Ave is permitted, southbound traffic will be detoured down Franklin Street. Large trucks are not permitted to take a left at Mt. Wayte Ave and must continue to Melrose St. for access to Union Ave.

FOUNTAIN STREET: One lane alternating traffic will be in effect in front of Loring Arena between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm as crews begin saw cutting for new utilities. Minimal traffic impacts.
WAVERLY STREET: One lane alternating traffic will be in effect in the area of 596 Waverly Street between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, as gas main work will be done. Expect moderate delays.
RT 126 RECONSTRUCTION: Concord St, Hollis St, Union St Irving St and Waverly St. travelers will experience minor, isolated traffic impacts as crews install banner arms (and banners) on light poles.
ANNUAL ROADWAY PROGRAM: Expect minimum to moderate traffic delays as highway crews prepare roadways for restoration which will affect Belknap Rd, Blackberry Ln, and the surrounding areas.
