Framingham Cop Saves Overdose Victim

Officer Eric Hayes, along with other emergency service personnel, was responsible for saving a man's life Thursday afternoon, according to Framingham Police.

Police say Hayes responded to a report of an unresponsive male, whom Hayes determined had overdosed on an opiate. Hayes helped in administering nasal Narcan to save the man's life.

Police capped their short report on Facebook with an inspiring quote from Abraham Lincoln: "Next to creating a life, the finest thing a man can do is save one."
