Framingham Coronavirus Cases Now At 10
Framingham announced three new coronavirus cases on Saturday afternoon.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham added three new positive coronavirus cases on Saturday as the overall total in Massachusetts ballooned to 525.
There are now 10 total COVID-19 cases in Framingham, 10 days after the first case was revealed on March 11.
Framingham officials also announced Saturday that all recreational facilities would be shut down. That means things like playgrounds and tennis courts are closed. City parks are still open for passive recreation like walking, however.

In announcing the new statewide cases totals on Saturday, Gov. Charlie Baker said that the number of cases will start to increase by a lot because tests are more readily available. The state saw the largest single day increase in cases between Friday and Saturday.
