Framingham Council Chair Ottaviani Names Appointment Subcommittee
The three-member subcommittee will now elect a chair and a vice chair.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham City Council Chair Phil Ottaviani Jr. announced members of the City Council Appointment Subcommittee yesterday, February 14.

- At-Large City Councilor George King Jr.
- At-Large City Councilor Janet Leombruno
- District 8 City Councilor Leslie White Harvey
The Appointments Subcommittee is comprised of three Council members and reviews nominations by the Mayor that are subject to Council oversight, including many members for Boards, Committees, & Commissions. After review, the subcommittee shall present its recommendations to the full Council for approval or rejection.
At the first meeting on Tuesday, February 20, the subcommittee will elect a chair and a vice chair. The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. in the Blumer room in the Memorial Building.
