Framingham Grand Jury Indictments

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between Aug. 2 and Aug. 30. Four cases with Framingham ties were announced.

Framingham

Raonie DeAndrade, 22, of Framingham, was charged with rape. The Assistant District Attorney is Regina Krumholz.

Rickie Metz, 30, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine and distribution of a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Marlborough

Andrew Josefek, 40, of Framingham, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a shotgun without a license, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity magazine, possession of ammunition, and improper storage of a shotgun. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

In Wayland

Raphael Ocasio, 37, of Framingham, was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
