News release from The Goddard School.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Goddard School®, a nationally acclaimed early childhood education franchise, partnered with Staples, Inc., to open its first location in Framingham, bringing the play- and inquiry-based learning experience to area families. The Goddard School of Framingham is the first location for co-owners Vona and Karim Hill. Vona, the on-site owner of the school, has extended experience as a business owner, founding Managing Perspectives, LLC, Black Vanguard Alliance as well as writing the children’s book series “Little Miss Everything.” The Hills are partnering with seasoned Goddard School franchisees Mark Anthony Hunter and Johann Hunter, who own The Goddard School of Middleton and The Goddard School of Saugus.

Located at 600 Staples Drive on the Staples campus in a newly renovated facility, this nearly 17,000 square-foot early childhood education center has 17 classrooms to provide care for and educate approximately 200 children ages six weeks to six years old. Additionally, the school adds approximately 45 teaching jobs to the community.

“Our school is an inclusive and nurturing environment where children grow, learn and thrive,” said Vona Hill. “The program is centered on empowering each child to be confident, compassionate and capable, building a strong foundation for the future. We saw an opportunity to partner with Staples to provide safe, high-quality early childhood education in the community and couldn’t be more thrilled.”

The play- and inquiry-based learning experience offered at The Goddard School of Framingham uses the most current, academically endorsed methods in early childhood education to nurture the extraordinary in every child. Children can explore and discover music and art, learn how to communicate using sign language and secondary languages and develop problem solving skills through games. Just as importantly, targeted curriculum focused on social-emotional development teaches children life skills, such as how to be kind to themselves and to others.
