FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham History Center will host its annual meeting on March 14, which will feature a number of important agenda items.

One person will be awarded Volunteer of the Year during the annual meeting, and a program will "pay homage to the 150th Dedication Anniversary of the FHC Edgell Memorial Library, originally dedicated as Framingham’s first free-standing library and Civil War memorial in 1873," history center officials said.
