Framingham Man Appointed Senior Vice President of KS Partners

KS Partners, LLC announced yesterday it has promoted Thomas Clark of Framingham as senior vice president.

A senior real estate executive with over 16 years of industry experience, Clark will focus on identifying and implementing value-add strategies throughout KS Partners portfolio, and improving the tenants’ experience.
 
KS Partners recently underwent refinancing for 1.2 million square-feet of assets in partnership with one of the world’s largest hedge funds.

Clark first joined KS Partners, then known as Everest Partners, in 2006 as its director of property management.

Prior to joining KS Partners, Clark served as manager of asset management services at Transit Realty Associates, where he oversaw administration and operational compliance of more than 650 tenant leases.

Previously, Clark served in management roles at Wellesley Management Corporation and HUB Expo Centers Inc.
