Southborough, MA — A 30-year-old Framingham man is facing several charges, including OUI, after his arrest early Monday. Southborough police say they first caught him speeding and driving erratically on Route 9. Wilber P. Chinchilla was stopped around 2 a.m. Oct. 19. Police said a breathalyzer test registered a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157%. Officers also reported finding several miniature liquor bottles and an open tequila bottle in his vehicle. His arrest came less than an hour before cops arrested a 27-year-old Marlborough woman on separate OUI charges, according to police. Both defendants were arraigned in Westborough District Court.
