Framingham Man Arrested In Stabbing Of Pregnant Woman
The incident happened in Hopkinton on New Year's Eve, according to police.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Police arrested a 40-year-old Framingham man in Hopkinton on Friday in connection to the stabbing of a pregnant woman inside a business, according to police.
The stabbing happened near 5 p.m. Friday inside a business at 28 Main St. The woman was stabbed multiple times and taken to UMass Memorial in Worcester for treatment.
Police arrested Harry David Martinez, 40, on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery on a pregnant person and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Martinez was also injured during the incident and was taken to the MetroWest Medical Center for treatment.

Martinez and the woman both worked at the Hopkinton business. He is set to be arraigned Monday at Framingham District Court.
