MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Framingham man was charged with operating under the influence of liquor after crashing into a stone wall and parked car in Marlborough Sunday night, police said. Daniel Desouza was also charged with negligent driving. Police said it was the second OUI offense on his record.
Marlborough police got a call on Sunday night about a car crash at Ash Street and Hudson Street. Desouza hit the stone wall in a driveway while attempting to make a right turn onto Hudson Street, according to police. As he tried to back out of the driveway, he hit an illegally parked car in the street, police said.
Marlborough police said officers determined Desouza was intoxicated. He was arraigned on Monday.
