Framingham Man Viciously Abuses Dog For Urinating In House: Police
A Framingham man is facing animal cruelty charges after authorities say he swung the dog by his leash, beat him, and abandoned him.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A Framingham man is facing animal cruelty charges after witnesses told police they saw him swinging the dog by his leash, beating him, and then abandoning him in a playground, all reportedly for urinating in the house.
A pitbull belonging to Aramis Ortiz, 20, was found "shaking in fear" at the Mary Dennison Playground on Beaver Street with bloody injuries on Monday, reports the MetroWest Daily News.
A witness told police that Ortiz swung the nine-month-old dog "like a parent would swing their child while playing," reports The Boston Globe.

Police got to the park around 7:15 a.m. when Ortiz told them it was not his dog, but then admitted he was angry that the dog urinated on the floor and didn't want him anymore. He then allegedly picked up the dog, named Chaos, and slammed him against the pavement at least four times and threw him in the woods.
Police said the dog was terrified when they first approached him, said CBS Local.
