Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today its second retail acquisition in Framingham, MA in the past six months. The 8,025 square foot restaurant building is located at 725 Cochituate Road at the signalized intersection of Cochituate Road and Speen Street.The purchase price was $3,175,000. The property is situated in close proximity to the 1.7 million square foot Natick Mall, the TJX Companies corporate headquarters, Route 9 and the entrance to the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90). The freestanding, single story building is leased to Margaritas Mexican Restaurant.
