FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen.
Police posted a photo of Teofilia Vasquez on their Facebook page. The department said she has gone missing and Thursday is her 17th birthday. She has blonde hair, hazel eyes and is 5'5. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and carrying a black backpack.
The teen's mother told police she was last seen April 1. Police said Vasquez is a resident at the Wayside Program in Framingham and attends Framingham high. Police said she did not return to the program after school on April 1, but called her father that night and told him she was okay but did not want to go back to the program yet.
