Framingham State Police Officer Arraigned on Lewd Behavior Charges: Report

The officer was immediately relieved of his duties and placed on administrative leave.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A Framingham State University Police Officer was arraigned on multiple charges after being accused of lewd behavior, according to a report by the MetroWest Daily News.

The report indicates that Wilter Dormevil, 28, of Revere was arraigned on charges of open and gross lewdness, wanton and lascivious conduct and intimidating a witness. Dormevil will will remain free on $500 cash bail, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim and stay away from school grounds.

According to multiple reports, FSU campus police were notified at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday of what was described by university officials as an "incident involving an FSU police officer."

Reports citing a report filed by Framingham police states that a female student employee reported seeing Dormevil masturbating at the dispatch center of the FSU police department.

School officials later announced that Dormevil had been immediately relieved of his duties and placed on administrative leave. He was also barred from the FSU campus while the investigation is ongoing.
