FRAMINGHAM, MA — A Framingham State University student was arrested last week and charged with possession of child pornography. Rufus Rushins, 23, of Danvers, was arraigned on Monday. Rushins is a football player at the university and police were alerted that he was posting on a forum about “describing having sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl,” according to the MetroWest Daily News.

The messages on the forum were posted from an IP address to a Framingham State University general WiFi network, the outlet reported. In his post in the forum, police said he went into graphic detail about the sex acts performed on the young girl and wrote he would have sex with his own daughter if he ever had one.

When police arrested Rushins, who lives on campus, they found a video on his phone of a child, no older than 5-years-old, performing a sexual act on a man.
