In the letter, DeLima wrote, "As I told you before, I hired a private investigator got all of your private information, right down to your social security numbers and if you are going to 'take a bribe' and dismiss the case in which Seyfarth Shaw (a law firm) did not file an objection to the motion for summary judgement, as I explained I will do it right in front of your house, with picket signs and a video."
On or before April 6, The Framingham woman uploaded a video of herself outside Moakley courthouse to YouTube, wrote the agent.
In the video DeLima states "Judge Casper, you do not want me coming to your hometown, your neighborhood and harm your family and all your neighbors, but that's what you're going to do to yourself, because I'm coming there ... you're going to have answer for it..."
Delima's caption for the video clearly indicates that the video is in reference to her civil case, wrote the agent.
