FRAMINGHAM, MA — An 81-year-old woman is dead after she was struck by a car while walking on Edgell Road Monday morning.

Police responded to the area of Edgell Road and Frost Street around 6:30 a.m. on Monday.

The woman was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
