FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Middlesex Sheriff's Office is again set to host its Youth Public Safety Academy across the county in 2023.
YPSA is a week-long camp designed to introduce "our youngest citizens to role models in public safety – namely sheriff’s officers and local police, fire and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, as well as to teach them valuable life and safety lessons," officials said of the program.
Participants will visit with local police and fire officials to learn about hazards and safety while also participating in exercises throughout the camp.
