Framingham's Seminole Avenue Closed For Emergency Drainage Work
Framingham's Department of Public Works has begun work on the emergency project on Monday. Here's what it means for local traffic.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Starting today, Seminole Avenue in Framingham is closed for emergency drainage repair work, officials said.
Framingham Department of Public Works employees are scheduled to work on the project from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. while the project is ongoing.
This project is in addition to the Eversource work on Higley Road in Ashland, which has been impacting Fay Road, which has been closed at Higley Road with a detour onto Seminole.

With the drainage repair scheduled for Seminole Avenue, the Eversource detour on Fay Road will be pushed to Weybosett Avenue, officials said.
Residents and emergency vehicles will have access at all times but can expect minor delays.
