FRAMINGHAM, MA—Five teens in Framingham for a football tournament encountered a man on Route 9 they say <a href="http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/20170626/framingham-police-holliston-man-confronts-teens-with-box-cutter" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">yelled at them and flashed a box cutte</a>r, reports MetroWest Daily News. Clarence Coppinger, 50, Colonial Way, Holliston, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. The teenagers, one of which got a video of Coppinger's license plate, were between 15-17 and the road rage incident happened on Route 9 near IHOP. Police drove to Coppinger's home after he refused to come to the station, and one of the teens identified him. You become a Dementia Friend by attending a free 90-minute information session to learn the five key messages about living with dementia and the simple things you can do to make your community a safer, supportive, and more inclusive place for people living with dementia and their care partners.
What Happens at the Information Session?
It’s an engaging and interactive discussion led by an experienced volunteer Dementia Friends Champion. You’ll learn what dementia is, the different types, what it’s like to live with it, tips for communicating with people with dementia, and about the extensive available resources and support for families and care partners. 
Participants say:
“This has opened my eyes.”&nbsp;“I wish I knew this five years ago when my family was going through it.”&nbsp;“I will be much more aware at work and out in my community.”

Hailing from the city of Boston, Alternative Pop artist Jodi Heights stands out in the sea of singer-songwriters with her classically honed technique and her poetic prowess. She holds multiple degrees in music, including a Master of Music from the New England Conservatory.
This release concert celebrates Jodi’s night-themed album, Nocturne, her first Grammy-submitted project.
“I’ve always been a night owl, so writing and recording a whole project centered around loving the dark seemed natural to me. I hope people will receive ‘Nocturne’ as a lullaby to their weary hearts. Turn off all the lights. Maybe burn a few candles, and listen to the whole album at night. Come find your way in the dark.” – Jodi Heights
Nocturne is Jodi’s 6th recording project and marks her second project with Grammy-nominated engineer John Weston of Futura Productions (Roslindale, MA). The album is available in Dolby Atmos, a spatial audio technology for immersive sound.
