Man Throws Hot Coffee At Framingham McDonald's Worker: Police
The man faces an assault with a dangerous weapon charge, but the employee wasn't injured, police said.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — One man faces charges after he threw a hot cup of coffee at a McDonald's worker on Dec. 29, police said.
John Leone, 48, became upset with the staff at the Framingham restaurant, which led him to throw the coffee, according to police spokesperson Rachel Mickens. The coffee hit one of the employees, but no medical attention was required.
Leone was located nearby after the altercation. He was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to Framingham police logs.
