Man's Fatal Shooting In Framingham Under Investigation: DA
Framingham authorities were called to the shooting on Hayes Street during the early morning hours Saturday.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Local authorities are investigating a Saturday-morning shooting in Framingham that left one man dead, according to a statement from Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan.
Just before 1:20 a.m., Framingham police received a 911 call about a shooting inside a residence on Hayes Street. When officers arrived at the home, they found an adult male dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Following a preliminary investigation, authorities said the attack does not appear to be random.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, according to the county attorney's statement. The identity of the victim has not been released as authorities work to notify family members.
