MutualOne Foundation $2,500 Grant To Support Kids Connect

Kids Connect is a Natick-based nonprofit that provides tutoring services to children in need of educational support.

MutualOne Charitable Foundation has awarded $2,500 to Kids Connect, a Natick-based nonprofit that provides tutoring services to children in need of educational support.

“We are pleased to help Kids Connect fund tutoring for local youth whose families may be unable to afford such services and those youngsters for whom creative individualized tutoring services can be instrumental in their educational and emotional success,” said Robert P. Lamprey, chairman of the MutualOne Charitable Foundation.

The grant to Kids Connect was among awards totaling $85,350 in the Foundation’s most recent round of funding.

Since it was established in 1998, the MutualOne Charitable Foundation has donated over $2.9 million to charitable, educational, and civic initiatives that improve and enhance the quality of life in Framingham, Natick, and surrounding communities.

MutualOne Bank, which operates under an 1889 state charter, has full-service offices at 828 Concord Street and One Lincoln Street in Framingham and at 49 Main Street in Natick, a Commercial Loan Center at 160 Cochituate Road in Framingham, and a Residential Loan Center at 49 Main Street in Natick.
