New Fuller School On Track, Even With Coronavirus Slowdown
New structures are rising at the site of the new Fuller Middle School in Framingham.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Construction on the new Fuller Middle School in Framingham is progressing, even though some supplies have been slower to arrive due to the coronavirus pandemic, school officials said Wednesday.
Passersby will begin to see steel going up at the construction site for the three-story, $98.3 million building. The steel delivery was delayed due to coronavirus, but the district's construction contractor, Consigli, has said the school is on track to open for the 2021 school year.
Construction projects like Fuller have been allowed to proceed by Gov. Charlie Baker. Most public construction projects have been deemed essential. No workers at the Fuller site have tested positive for coronavirus, the district said.
