Nobscot Intersection Detour In Place For Framingham: What To Know

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Paving will occur between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Beginning Wednesday, November 9, the protective asphalt will be removed from the raised castings, to facilitate paving. These raised castings have proven difficult for drivers to navigate, resulting in a number of flat tires. Signs, advising drivers of the raised castings, will be installed at the limits of the work and the castings will be painted for additional visibility. Cones and barrels will be employed at several locations, however, these are not feasible within the travel lanes, and drivers should slow down while driving through the intersection.
