For Now, No Parking On Some Framingham Streets
The city has temporarily banned vehicles on certain roadways so that snow can be cleared.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — The city has banned parking today and Monday along more than two dozen streets in order for snow to be cleared.
The temporary “no parking” zones run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both Feb. 6 and Feb. 9. During those times, any vehicles parked on the designated streets may be ticketed and towed, officials said in a statement.
Recent winter storms have cluttered Framingham with snowbanks. The parking restriction will allow crews to clean up the white stuff safely and improve travel, the city said.
