Opening Night For Mass Ballet's Nutcracker

The Framingham-based ballet school will stage a total of six shows of the Christmas classic at Framingham High through Sunday.

Tonight, Dec. 11, is opening night for Mass Ballet’s Nutcracker. Curtain rises at 7.

The Framingham-based ballet school will stage a total of six shows of the Christmas classic at Framingham High through Sunday.

Almost 200 dancers are in the production.

Students auditioned in September, and have been rehearsing since October.

Besides tonight’s performance, there are shows on Friday night at 7, two shows on Saturday (1 & 7 p.m.), and 2 shows on Sunday (11 a.m. & 3 p.m.)

There are three casts - A, B, & C. And some dancers have different roles in different casts, so take note which cast when ordering.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, too. Tickets range from $15 to $25 per person.
