Monday, April 15
12:50 a.m.: An assault is reported at the MetroWest Medical Center.

8:21 a.m.: Someone reported their car was broken into at the SMOC housing on Bishop Street.
2:44 p.m.: A car accident is reported at Concord Street and Worcester Road.

4:24 p.m.: A family issue is reported on Clark Street.
5:17 p.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at Irvington Street.
6:25 p.m.: An overdose is reported on Lincoln Street.
11:53 p.m.: A man is arrested on Fountain Street and Jodie Road and charged with driving under the influence.
Tuesday, April 16
2:50 a.m.: A homeless man is arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
8:05 a.m.: A car accident is reported at Claflin Street.
1:36 p.m.: A report of a pedestrian hit near the Toys R Us on Worcester Road.
10:07 p.m.: An overdose is reported at the Executive Apartments on Worcester Road.
Wednesday, April 17
12:55 a.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at Leigh Street.
3:02 a.m.: A warrant is served and a man is arrested at the Saxonville Village Apartments on Concord Street.
9:38 a.m.: A car accident is reported at the intersection of Coolidge Street and Waverly Street.
12:30 p.m.: A man is arrested at Frederick Street and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
12:40 p.m.: A disturbed person is reported at the SMOC facility on Pine Street.
2:30 p.m.: Two people are arrested at the Hamilton Plaza on Main Street and charged with assault with a knife and attempting to commit extortion by threat of injury.
6:20 p.m.: A car accident is reported at the Men's Warehouse on Worcester Road.
6:45 p.m.: An overdose is reported at a shelter on Merchant Road.
9:32 p.m.: A disturbed person is reported at Kevin Circle.
