Papa Razzi Trattoria & Bar Sold
The owner of the Papa Razzi restaurant chain sold 8 of his 12 restaurants, including his Route 9 location in Framingham, to a Rhode Island company.

Newport Harbor Corp. reported it has finalized a deal to buy eight of the 12 Papa Razzi restaurants in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, , reported Boston.com.
in Framingham opened in 2008, in the former location of Bennigan's Grille & Tavern, which closed in Janaury 2007.
Owner Charlie Sarkis sold the restaurants to Newport Harbor Corp, located in Newport, R.I., for an undisclosed amount of money.

“Papa Razzi is a dynamic addition to our hospitality portfolio,” said Ken Cusson, director of business development at Newport Harbor, reported Boston.com. “We are excited to expand into the Boston market, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in hospitality to an already strong brand.”
