1:49 a.m.: Police arrested at 29 Gordon St. Apt. 211, Vilcondes P. Silva, 33, of the same address in Framingham. He is charged with domestic assault and battery.

2:00 a.m.: 2-car crash reported at Edgell Rd and Water St.

2:18 a.m.: Group removed from , 486 Concord St.

2:51 a.m.: Police arrested at Water St. and Edgell Rd Michael Spellman, 20, 23 C St. of Framingham. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

9:53 a.m.: Motor vehicle crash reported at Winter Lane and Russell Rd.

12:16 p.m.: Motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported at Arlington and Irving streets.

1;33 p.m.: Missing person reported at 312 Brook St.

3:44 p.m.: Suspicious activity reported at , 400 Cochituate Rd.

3:58 p.m.: Shoplifter reported at Stop & Shop, 235 Old Conn Path. Police arrested Franklin A. McGuire, 288 North Main St. of Natick. he was charged with larceny more than $250 and receiving stolen property of more than $250.

5:23 p.m.: Police arrested on proctor St. John M. Kitchen, of 40 Henry St of Framingham. He was arrested on a warrant.

9:07 p.m.: Motor vehicle crash reported at Dunkin Donuts, 266 Concord St.
