Police Report Framingham Man, 71, Missing

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham police are asking for tips to find a Framingham man who has been missing since November.

Richard Palmer, 71, was last seen on Nov. 18. Framingham police have tried to contact him since he was reported missing, but haven't been able to reach him. He does not have a car or a cell phone.

Palmer is white, about 6 feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds. If you know where he might be, contact Framingham police at (508) 872-1212.
