A prisoner who escaped from court Friday has been captured, reports say.

A Framingham man escaped custody at Framingham District Court Friday, breathing in sweet freedom for a short while Friday evening before being captured again.

Christian Horne, 28, was initially arrested Tuesday for allegedly beating his pregnant wife with a cane, the MetroWest Daily News reported.

He had a dangerousness hearing Friday, after which he escaped custody while still in handcuffs. He was arrested a short time later, reportedly at a Phelps Road home that appeared to have been broken into.
