Registration Open For Incoming Framingham Kindergarteners
Framingham Public Schools will accept registrations from families until April 2023. Here's what to know.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Kindergarten is a huge step in a child's life, and Framingham families can begin to register their children now.
Families who have a child or children that will be 5-years-old by Aug. 31, 2023 are able to pre-register their incoming kindergarteners online.
Located at the Farley Building, the Department of Student Registration has released the timeline and summary of the kindergarten registration process that all families must go through before a child can begin their academic career in Framingham Public Schools.

Important dates include:
- Online pre-registration (Now - April 4, 2023)
- Schedule a phone appointment with the Department of Student Registration (December 5, 2022 - April 4, 2023)
- Attend Kindergarten Information Night (January 11, 2023 at 6pm)
- School Tours (March 2023)
- Submit School Choice form by April 6, 2023
- Receive School Assignment by May 12, 2023
- Kindergarten Orientation on June 7, 2023
