Rep. Jack Lewis to Host Summer Seminar for Framingham & Ashland High Schoolers

March 23, 2023 (Framingham) - This summer Rep. Jack Patrick Lewis will host a summer intensive seminar for rising juniors and seniors from Framingham and Ashland. During this seminar, students will have the opportunity to learn how the Massachusetts State House Works, attend and facilitate a briefing on one of his H.705 An Act Relative to Youth Voter Engagement, meet Representatives and Senators, create their own bill to pitch to the Representative, and more. This week will include two days in the district and three at the State House in Boston, July 10th to 14th.
Rep Jack Patrick Lewis has been a state representative for Framingham and Ashland since 2017. He is currently the Chair of the Federal Stimulus and Census Oversight Committee. Over the years, Rep. Lewis has filed and passed many bills, and his areas of passion include youth health & wellness, LGBTQ+ issues, animal welfare, public health, the environment, and HIV prevention/PrEP access.
