The clinic is located at 38 Boston Post Road. AFC also has a clinic in Natick, but that location is closed until at least April 1. Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, including cough, fatigue, and a headache, should start by calling 508-658-0764. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

AFC is one of several locations offering COVID-19 testing, which is becoming more widely available thanks in part to Marlborough-based Quest Diagnostics. Other testing sites have been set up at Cape Cod Community College and Carney Hospital in Dorchester.
