The Nobscot Chinese food restaurant passed its health inspection and re-open on Thursday night, said Health Director Ethan Mascoop.
On Wednesday night, the Framingham Board of Health voted unanimously Wednesday to temporarily close Sabrina Wong III until it could pass an inspection.

As part of the suspension of the license for one-day, the restaurant owners Annie Su and Yihuan Lei must also hire a food safety consultant and submit a plan by Tuesday, April 9 by 5 p.m. If not done, the restaurant's license could be suspended again.
Prompted by a complaint from a customer, an inspection took place on March 27. Sanitarian Matt Armendo found the same serious code violations that were identified in 2011.

Code violations included raw containers of chicken and dry ingredients so dirty he described them as not being cleaned since 2011, food contact surfaces
not been cleaned or sanitized, pork stored on the floor of the freezer and mouse droppings.
