Saint Bridget In Framingham Gives Big To Breast Cancer Nonprofit
Saint Bridget students this week presented the Ellie Fund with proceeds from a recent fundraiser.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A fundraising effort by students at Saint Bridget School in Framingham culminated in a check presentation this week to a breast cancer nonprofit.
Students and members of the school community raised over $1,000 at an October “Pink Day” event. On Wednesday, the Saint Bridget Student Council presented the nonprofit Ellie Fund with the proceeds.
The Ellie Fund funds support services for patients receiving care for cancer. The school's $1,000.03 donation will help four local families pay for groceries, utilities and car expenses during treatment, according to Ellie Fund development assistant Kellie Light.
