SLIDESHOW: Library Holds Divergent Party For Teens

Attendees chose their faction and then watch a screening of the film Divergent, at an after-hours party at the Library Friday night.

The main Framingham Library hosted an after-hours Divergent party for teens on Friday night, Sept. 5.

Teens dressed up in their faction colors and participated in a ‘Choosing Ceremony.’

Attendees tested their Divergent knowledge in a trivia contest and ate pizza and Dauntless chocolate cake with a cup of Amity peace serum.

Afterwards, they watched a free screening of the Pg-13 movie Divergent.

The event was organized by Framingham Youth Services Librarian Marcy Maiorana, in consultation with the Framingham Public Library Youth Advisors.
