SLIDESHOW: Take 2 for Ted 2 Filming in Framingham

For the second time this month Ted 2 filming took place in Framingham. This time, there were no stars except for the stuffed bear.

Film crews for the movie Ted 2 were in Framingham yesterday, Aug. 27 for the second time in a month.

This time there were no stars, but the stuffed bear known as Ted.

Most of the scenes shot at the Mass Pike rest stop in Framingham were a re-shoot of scenes shot a couple of weeks ago, but this time with stunt doubles.

Film crews were at the Mass Pike rest stop on August 14, with stars Mark Wahlberg and Amanda Seyfriend and Ted, the stuffed bear.

The sequel, starring Wahlberg, Seyfried and Seth MacFarlane, as the voice of Ted, the bear, is expected to be in theaters in 2015.

McFarlane is also the producer of Ted 2, which stars Wahlberg as John Bennett, whose teddy bear Ted has come to life.

In Ted 2, Bennett’s friendship is “tested” when his girlfriend of four years wants more from their relationship, according to IMDB.

Ted was the highest-grossing R-rated film in 2012.

Film crews began setting up at 11 a.m.yesterday. Filming started just after 1 p.m.
