Summertime on the Centre Common: Free Thursday Family Programs

7th annual children's programming hosted by the Framingham History Center

These events are free for families. Rain or shine; snacks will be provided. Suggested age 8 & under, unless otherwise specified. Sponsored by Eastern Bank and hosted by the Framingham History Center.

Author and member of the Nipmuc Tribe of Massachusetts, Larry Spotted Crow Mann will share songs, stories, and traditional drumming of the first people of Framingham. Appropriate for children over age 4.

Big Joe the Storyteller — July 25, 2019 @ 10:30 a.m.

Location—Village Hall on the Common, 2 Oak St, Framingham

Energetic & animated tales from Framingham’s past that are brought to life through puppets, props, and “the box”! Appropriate for preschool age children and up.

Stacey Peasley — August 1, 2019 @ 10:30 a.m.

Location—Village Hall on the Common, 2 Oak St, Framingham

Stacey will have children of all ages singing and playing musical games!

Pumpernickel Puppets — August 8, 2019 @ 10:30 a.m.

Location—Village Hall on the Common, 2 Oak St, Framingham

Enjoy the fairytales of The Three Billy Goats Gruff/The Lion and the Mouse.

Appropriate for children over age 3.
