Tavern In The Square Now Open In Framingham Shoppers World

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The newest location of Tavern in the Square also boasts one of its biggest bars.

Officials hosted a grand opening earlier this month for the new location in Framingham's Shoppers World at 1 Worcester Road.

"This sparkling new location is filled with one of our biggest bars yet, more high definition screens, a fireplace, patio + all of your favorite Tavern menu items & cocktails," officials said on social media.

The restaurant chain now has 13 locations across New England in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

This opening comes after a number of shakeups within Shoppers World over the course of the past year, and as part of a larger redevelopment along Worcester Road with the former Magnuson Hotel being renovated and turned into a Hilton.
