Three Potential Proposals For Marian HS Property
The agent for the property said there was "Promise in the proposals."
FRAMINGHAM, MA- The former Marian High School property could be on its way to a new beginning. Three proposals are being considered by the Archdiocese of Boston, according to Cheryl Tully Stoll, the sales associate listing the property.
The former high school, located at 273 Union Ave, closed last spring and is owned by the Archdiocese of Boston. The property is listed as a land lease with a buy-out option. "The buy-out option generated more interest," Tully Stoll said. While she could not comment on specifics about the three proposals Tully Stoll said she sees "promise in the proposals."
The property has an 850 seat auditorium, a gymnasium with bleachers, a large cafeteria and commercial kitchen space. It is listed as being in "excellent condition and would be great for residential, medical or office condominiums, medical/hospital use, another school, assisted living or a variety of other projects."
