TRAFFIC ALERT: Water Main Break on Route 9 East in Framingham
Crews have sanded the area. DPW will shut down a lane on Route 9 after 9:30 a.m. to make repairs. Expect delays all morning.

Town of Framingham is reporting a water main break on Route 9 east in Framingham, Monday morning, Jan. 12.
The break is on Worcester Road, near the Mass Pike exit eastbound.
Crews will not be able to make repairs until after the morning commute. Framingham DPW is estimating around 9:30 a.m. they will shut down a lane on Route 9 to make the repairs.

The water main break is near the Motel 6, Dunkin’ Donuts and the Hess gas station area. Water has been shut off to those businesses, said a DPW spokesperson.
