Two Framingham People Named in Latest Middlesex County Indictments

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between Aug. 31 and Sept. 22. Two case with ties to Framingham were announced.

Andrew Josefek, 40, of Framingham, was charged with possession of an incendiary device (4 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

Kelly Walker, 36, of Framingham, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a destructive device, assault and battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a large capacity firearm, and possession of a firearm without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
