FRAMINGHAM, MA — It'll be a little short term pain for a very painful stretch of Route 9.

Construction crews will be milling and repaving the roadway between Monday night and early Tuesday morning. The work will stretch from Route 126 to the Natick town line.

The eastbound side of Route 9 in that area is particularly treacherous due to patched potholes and previous roadwork that has left the lanes quite uneven.
