Interim Walsh Principal Patrick Johnson is now the permanent Walsh Middle School Principal.Superintendent of Schools Stacy Scott removed the interim title from his name yesterday, Jan. 7.Johnson, who was serving as vice principal at Cameron Middle School, was named interim principal at Walsh last year when long-time principal Teresa Carney left for a job in Natick. Johnson started as interim on July 1.Johnson was named vice principal at Cameron Middle in 2013. He served four years as vice-principal at Walsh Middle, under Carney, before moving to Cameron. Before joining Walsh, Johnson was a technology teacher at Maynard High School and a technology teacher at Maynard Middle School for 13 years.
