WATCH TRAILER: Do You Plan To See Ted 2 in June?

In August, filming of Ted 2 took place in Framingham. It was the third movie filmed in town in the last 12 months.

Universal Pictures yesterday, Jan. 29, released a trailer for Ted 2, the sequel to Seth MacFarlane’s blockbuster 2012 film Ted.

MacFarlane, is the voice of the stuffed teddy bear, in the original and the sequel. The movie also stars Boston’s Mark Wahlberg and actress Amanda Seyfried. The film is scheduled to be in theaters on June 26.

A Framingham neighborhood, near Walsh Middle School, was notified there may be parking restrictions while filming took place on the Mass Turnpike in August. Several residents caught a glimpse of Wahlberg and Ted.

While filming took place there were delays on the Mass Pike between exits 12 and 13. Wahlberg and Seyfied and the stuffed bear - Ted - were in a car on a trailer for filming on the Mass Pike.

Framingham actress Diana Porter can be viewed in the trailer - for a second. She was an extra in the courtroom when scenes were filled in Woburn. Porter said she was hired for one day for the R-rated film. Look for her when the movie opens.
