FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham Garden Club's annual greens sale starts soon, offering residents the chance to grab some expertly crafted seasonal decorations — and support local students.

The 2021 greens sale is somewhat of a return to normal for the club following the pandemic. The club held greens sale entirely online in 2020. But this year, there will be an in-person centerpiece sale at Cushing Memorial Park.

Proceeds from the annual sale will go toward scholarships for Framingham High School students. The club this year is also donating 20 wreaths to the city to decorate municipal buildings.

“For over 30 years our members have annually designed, created and sold an amazing array of unique holiday greens,” club president Andi Saari said in a news release. “Last year due to the pandemic, we made changes in our sales and production processes to continue our community support. Our customers really appreciated the opportunity to buy our products online.”

The online sale featuring wreaths, swags and baskets will be held Nov. 17 to 28. The single day in-person sale will be held Dec. 3 at the Cushing Maintenance Building (located in the center of Cushing Memorial Park; enter from Keefe Tech along Winter Street).
