Community Update

We ordered a glass replacement for our sliding door and was quoted $400.00. We wanted to deal with a local merchant and made a deal withBill. He's a talker and that was the first bad sign. He measured the door, asked for a piece of paper and signed it as the receipt for the check we issued to him. He has no receipt nor a job order receipt to give. He promised 2 to 3 weeks which became 7 weeks. Bill ran out of alibis. My partner yelled at him that he has to install the glass on the promised day and time or else. He came and installed and had the nerve to be angry when he is the one at fault. Bill doex not own Statewide. He occuoies the small room next to Statewide according to the person who works at statewide. Bill may not be registered that is why he has no receipt. He is an embarrassment to the town of grafton. And yes I agree with the others, he is a liar.
